Do NOT shave the area which will receive the session within 24 hours of the appointment as it may cause discomfort.
Do NOT aggressively exfoliate the area as it may cause discomfort.
Do NOT get a spray tan prior to your session as we use oil and it will come off.
Eat a light, healthy meal before your appointment and empty your bladder before the session starts.
Please wear a thong to your appointment.

Drink plenty of water after your treatment to help toxins exit the body.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours post treatment.
Use ice packs to reduce any swelling, stiffness, and bruising.
Avoid sauna, spa, hot tub and strenuous activities.
Engage in 20-30 min LIGHT exercise. Such as walking, to stimulate lymphatic drainage for 24 hours.
Massage the treated area daily to prevent fat and toxins from becoming stagnant.
Maintaining a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise is important to maintain results.

Clients who have diabetes, heart problems, cancer, kidney or liver damage, high blood pressure, active infections, skin disorders, sickness, fever, blood clots, lymphatic disease, or are recovering from recent surgeries are not candidates. We don’t recommend the treatments if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The alternative to vacuum therapy is a BBL, Brazillian butt lift, which requires a surgeon to use liposuction to transfer fat and sometimes implants into the buttocks. This requires at least 8 weeks of downtime, pain during recovery, bleeding, and fluid drainage. All of this comes at a high price! On the other hand, Vacuum Therapy is non-invasive, has no incisions, takes less than an hour to perform a session, has absolutely no downtime, is not painful, and provides many therapeutic benefits including lymphatic drainage and muscle stimulation.
One vacuum therapy session is equivalent to doing 500-1500 squats! The more muscle definition you have, the quicker you can see the results. Clients with muscle definition will see results in about 2-4 sessions. Clients with less definition including loose skin can see results in 6-12 sessions, depending on your skin’s collagen and elasticity.

Each client’s body is unique and it is not one size fits all. You will feel the results after one session, however depending on your body goals, we recommend several sessions fairly close together.

We recommend starting with a package of 6-12 sessions. For the best results, come in for your sessions 1-2x a week. Keep a healthy diet and exercise 3+ times a week.
Do squats after each session! Start a squatting routine of 3-5 sets of 8-12 squats each set. Do this routine at least 2-3x a week.
With regular sessions, you will maintain your results! Healthy eating and regular exercise are especially helpful for maintaining your results.
The procedure is 100%% non-invasive, and non-surgical, therefore patients can return to their normal activities immediately following the procedure. Following the sessions, some patients who are prone to do so, may see some light redness, minor bruising, tingling as well as discomfort. This is only temporary and should disappear soon after, allowing you to see the true benefits, and lasting results!

48 hours notice is required to make any changes to your appointment.
Any cancellations after that will result in a loss of your DEPOSIT.
No-shows will result in a loss of your deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment. Cancelling the appointment or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment results in losing your deposit and being required to pay a new one for the next appointment!
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointment requests. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Payment at your appointment may be made using a debit/credit card or cash/venmo.
