Clients who have diabetes, heart problems, cancer, kidney or liver damage, high blood pressure, active infections, skin disorders, sickness, fever, blood clots, lymphatic disease, or are recovering from recent surgeries are not candidates. We don’t recommend the treatments if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

The alternative to vacuum therapy is a BBL, Brazillian butt lift, which requires a surgeon to use liposuction to transfer fat and sometimes implants into the buttocks. This requires at least 8 weeks of downtime, pain during recovery, bleeding, and fluid drainage. All of this comes at a high price! On the other hand, Vacuum Therapy is non-invasive, has no incisions, takes less than an hour to perform a session, has absolutely no downtime, is not painful, and provides many therapeutic benefits including lymphatic drainage and muscle stimulation.

One vacuum therapy session is equivalent to doing 500-1500 squats! The more muscle definition you have, the quicker you can see the results. Clients with muscle definition will see results in about 2-4 sessions. Clients with less definition including loose skin can see results in 6-12 sessions, depending on your skin’s collagen and elasticity.

All results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Each client’s body is unique and it is not one size fits all. You will feel the results after one session, however depending on your body goals, we recommend several sessions fairly close together.

This process is equivalent to 500 – 1500 squats per session. Clients with more muscle definition can see results in about 2-4 sessions. Others with less definition and loose skin can expect to see results with 6-12 sessions depending on their skin’s collagen and elasticity. The results are permanent with maintenance sessions, exercise and clean eating.
For your convenience we offer packages.

We recommend starting with a package of 6-12 sessions. For the best results, come in for your sessions 1-2x a week. Keep a healthy diet and exercise 3+ times a week.

Do squats after each session! Start a squatting routine of 3-5 sets of 8-12 squats each set. Do this routine at least 2-3x a week.

With regular sessions, you will maintain your results! Healthy eating and regular exercise are especially helpful for maintaining your results.

The procedure is 100%% non-invasive, and non-surgical, therefore patients can return to their normal activities immediately following the procedure. Following the sessions, some patients who are prone to do so, may see some light redness, minor bruising, tingling as well as discomfort. This is only temporary and should disappear soon after, allowing you to see the true benefits, and lasting results!

For the backside you’ve always wanted, without the need for surgery, be sure to contact Covet Body Sculpting today and learn more about how the Vacuum Butt Lift can help you today.

What They Are Saying

Treat yourself

Let Us Take Care Of You

Juggling “entrepreneur life” and “mom life” can be hard and rewarding all at the same time!

I see you mamas!! Trying to juggle it all! When we’re at work, we want to be all in. We want to be able to listen to our clients, give them advice, befriend them, and heck, we just want to be present. But in the back of our minds, we are constantly running through the list of daily activities we have to do once we leave work. Then, when we’re at home, everytime our phone dings, we wonder if it could be a client. We feel the need to post on social media and be available to all of our clients or soon to be ones.

It’s stressful!!

I’m not always the best at being present in either of these situations but I recognize it and always try to do better. When I’m at home, I try to put my phone on the other side of the room. When I’m at the salon, my phone isn’t near me but I have my Apple watch on so just ‘in case’ there’s an emergency, I know right away.

Let’s stop trying to put so much stress on ourselves and recognize that although the world is full of pressure – pressure to respond, pressure to be the best, pressure to do it all – we can only handle so much. So when you’re at work, try to only do work ‘things’. And when you’re at home, if you have 2 hours with your kids before they go to bed, focus solely on them. I promise, being more present will not only help your mind and stress level but you’ll also be a better entrepreneur and a better and more patient mom!

Tell us one thing you are going to do to be more present either at home or at work.

We have had a good share of people come to us for “additional training”. As we get to know them and pull back the layers as to why they need more training, we learn that they sacrificed experience for cost and in turn, didn’t receive adequate training.

Just because you found a Microblading training that costs $1000-2000 and promises you ‘everything you’ll get in any other training’ and ‘you’ll make 6-figures ‘fast’’, steer clear!

Let me share with you a few things that get factored into OUR training price …
➡️ You receive two trainers. We never have a class of more than 6 students but we always have 2 trainers. We want to ensure that everyone gets 1:1 time and the attention they need and deserve to be successful.
➡️ You receive a full kit in any course you take with us. Our Microblading kit is valued at $500. It contains all of the same products that we use. We will also provide you a shopping list so you can easily purchase the same items when you run out.
➡️ After the last day of training, it’s not “good-bye”! We are here for you and your questions whenever they arise. Text us or email us and we are always more than happy to give you advice, feedback, or even a pep talk. When you’re done with training and working in the real world, questions will come up and we will be available to you.
➡️ You receive 3 months of online access to our Microblading course after completing our Microblading course. In that portal, you are able to watch/rewatch videos and follow along as we demonstrate everything you need to succeed in your Microblading career.
If you have any questions on what we offer or what you get in our courses, don’t hesitate to ask!! Drop your question below or shoot us a DM!

Hey Artists!! We’ve all been there! We think we can fix everyone’s brows! Interested clients come to us and we want to be the artist they see so we work around their schedule.

I have news for you: Know your worth!! You don’t need to take everyone that walks through your door. First and foremost, if you don’t think you can help them, don’t do it! Be honest to yourself and to them. They’re investing good money in having their brows done and if you don’t feel comfortable working on them, let that be known. Secondly, if you have set hours because you have another job or a family, then stick to your ‘hours’. Just because you own your own business doesn’t mean you need to accommodate everyone. You can have ‘business hours’ just like any other business operates.

If you don’t set ground rules for yourself and your business, you won’t be happy. So set boundaries from the beginning. This will help you be more successful and in turn, get more amazing clients through your doors.

Drop us a comment on what your #1 rule is in your business.

If I knew in 2003 what I know now, I would’ve told my old self that there are options other than going to college right out of high school. Instead, I chose to go to a fancy private school and go into debt to pay for it, only to graduate in 2007 with no ‘real’ job. My life goal and plan of becoming a doctor came to a screeching halt when I realized I couldn’t put in the time to studying that I needed to because of needing to work to pay for school.

Fast forward 3 years and I started my first beauty business. I owned and operated that business for 10 years. During that time I started my permanent makeup business. I am so thankful that I chose to stick with being an entrepreneur. It’s a roller coaster ride more days than not but having time and financial freedom trumps it all!

I don’t clock in and out for anyone else. I can choose how little or how much I want to work. I get the time with my family and kids that I want and need. Having a 9-5 would never allow me these freedoms.

If time and/or financial freedom is something you crave, let’s chat!! DM me with ‘book a call’ and we can set up a time to plan your future. I can’t wait to hear from you!

We’ve alllll been there?! You’ve been mapping on a client for what seems like forever and you just can’t get their brows symmetrical. For newer artists, mapping can take up to 2 hours! Heck, even for experienced artists, mapping can take up to an hour. Everyone’s bone structure is different so there isn’t a one size fits all stencil.

There is a method to mapping. It doesn’t need to be overwhelming. We have a step by step guide and training videos that will teach you all you need to know to map the perfect symmetrical brows.

DM us “mapping course” and we will send you more info on how to get your mapping perfected!

No matter what training you take with us, we run all of them almost the same. Today, I’m going to share with you the schedule of our most popular training… Microblading!

Day 1: Meet and Greet Trainers and Students
Go through handbook and discuss Theory
Color Theory- Learn about color, pigments, undertones, and make a color chart
Brow Mapping- Work on a mannequin head and follow our step by step guide to map on your mannequin head
Learn our Covet Stroke Pattern step by step. Start practicing on paper.

Day 2: Continue practicing the stroke pattern on fake skin.
Learn about the Microblading tool, the blade, how the blade inserts into the tool, how to hold the tool, body positioning, etc…
Practice on fake skin with the Microblading tool and blade
Lunch (all together)
Continue practicing on fake skin
Watch tray and bed set up for client
Observe a full live model for Microblading from start to finish

Go home and continue practicing on fake skin. Send us photos of you work, receive critiques, and continue practicing and getting better. You will then return 4-6 weeks after class to work on a live model that you bring in, under direct supervision.

If you have questions about any of our trainings, drop it below.

5 Habits to Become a Successful Artist

1.Don’t compare yourself to others! Just like with everything in life, every individual is at a different place in their journey. Stay focused and work to improve yourself, your craft, and your art everyday.

2.Clarify what makes you stand out. Do you give exceptional customer service? Do you prefer taking a certain demographic? Do you hand out cute aftercare kits? Whatever it is, do it the best you can and make it something that you’re known for. THIS will help you feel unique in a world that may seem big to you.

3.Practice! Just because you’ve been doing brows for more than a year, doesn’t mean the practice should stop. Sit down, bust out a piece of fake skin, and complete a couple sets of brows a few times a week. This will improve your muscle memory.

4.Be a lifelong learner. You don’t need to necessarily go out and learn every single permanent makeup technique but you should stay up to date on the trends in your industry. For example, if you are a microblading artist and it’s all you have interest in doing, then learn all you can about it. Have you taken an extra course on color theory? You could learn a new stroke pattern that may suit some of your clientele better than others. Always strive to be better.

5.If you need a bit of encouragement, try complimenting others. What you give out will come back to you. Just because you own your own business (it can feel lonely sometimes) doesn’t mean you are alone. There are plenty of others in the PMU world that are going through some of the same challenges as you. So don’t be afraid to reach out. Maybe you give yourself a goal to complement 1-3 artists on Instagram daily. You will soon start to feel the love in return.

Share with us one habit that you feel has made you successful at what you do.
